What is the difference between Retail-Wholesale-Distributor-Farm? The flower travels exactly that way: The retail customer buys from the Flower Shop (Retail), Flower Shop buys from the Wholesaler, Wholesaler buys from the Distributor and Distributor buys from the Farm.

Can I buy from a Wholesale House, or Farm if I'm a retail customer? Usually not, however there are certain Florists that sell Discount Flowers and Wholesalers that do sell direct to the public depending on circumstance and quantities. You will not be able to buy direct from Distributors or Farms unless you Plan on doing some serious buying, in which case E-mail us and we will get you started.

How much must I buy? There isn't any limit, you decide when and how much to buy, minimum purchases may apply depending on supplier.

How is payment handled? After your application is received, FloralExchange.com will contact you. We accept checks, Master Card and Visa. Some customers may already have existing accounts set up, in which case only Membership Registration is required.

How long does it take for delivery? As orders are received they are immediately shipped. Time to destination depends on shipper and routing which is determined by customer and supplier.

If I use a credit card, is my card automatically billed for membership? NO, you will be invoiced 30 days before expiration, at which time you decide on the method of payment.

Do I need to register to use the Bulletin Board? Yes! this is another place where opportunites can be made, and identification is necessary. This may change Daily depending on messages posted from members.

Can I place more information about our Farm and Distributor on the FloralExchange.com? Yes! each Member will have an opportunity to set up a "Porfolio" on themselves and what they are all about. Look for our FREE advertising specials during our promotion.

If I'm listing my product, do I also need to list my prices? No! but it is recommended. Another way of being competitive without compromising price is to "Advertise" your Quality, Consistency and Customer Service, for instance, a portfolio.
